Wednesday:TBA (M’s choice;we are cooking together )

Thursday:Talapia with peas and white rice

Friday:Spinach and Cheese Quesadilla’s (using brown rice tortillas)

Sidenote: Okay, so i am a total and complete moron! I have the links all messed up! To click on the menu planning site, click on Monday; for the tortilla soup, click on Tuesday, and so forth! For Thursday there is not link and Friday’s I just cannot get to work! This is the first week i have done this so bear with me! But you get the gist of it! Plan for the week Also, any gluten free modifications needed for the tortilla soup will be made.
